In het pand kwam later, in de 20ste eeuw, theeschenkerij [[De Groene Pui]] - het heeft thans een woonfunctie.<br /> ==Geschiedenis==<br /> In 1862 trouwt Henricus Cornelis Andreas Broekhoven (20 jaar oud) met de 31-jarige Maria Pieternella de Prins. Broekhoven staat in 1862 geregistreerd als herbergier op het adres Gravenstraat I 193 te Middelburg. Door de jaren heen staat hij dan soms te boek als koopman, maar soms is zijn beroep onbekend. Dit is niet ongewoon, aangezien het herbergierschap vaak naast een andere baan werd uitgeoefend of de echtgenote nam de honneurs waar.
