De eigenaar is dan Pierre de Zeeuw. In 1885 wordt de zaak overgenomen door de zoon van Pierre, Eduard Cornelis de Zeeuw. In 1893 overlijdt Eduard en neemt zijn vrouw Carolientje Fens de zaak waar, de zaak heet dan nog steeds café Royal. In 1901 wordt de zaak verkocht aan van Rijswijk. De naam wordt dan Hotel de Zeeuw. In 1906 koopt een kind van Eduard de Zeeuw de zaak terug en trouwt met Gerrit Jan Koole. Dan wordt het café-hotel-restaurant [[Koole]], tot 1917. In dat jaar overlijdt Gerrit Jan. De zaak verkocht wordt in 1920 verkocht aan Mulder. In 1930 wordt van Heijl eigenaar. De naam verandert dan in Hotel [[De La Station]] tot 11 okt 1944. Op die datum wordt het pand beschadigd door bommen. Tussen 1944 en 1947 wordt het pand verhuurd aan de Rijksgebouwendienst. Na 1947 is de eigenaar van Goergen. Ze drijft zowel café Royal als de meubelzaak aan de Stationsweg onder de naam wed</del>. <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">E</del>.<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">C</del>. de Zeeuw<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">. In 1901 doet ze café Royal over aan A. van Rijswijk - dan heet </del>de zaak <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">soms al hotel </del>[[<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">De Zeeuw</del>]]<del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">, onder welke naam Van Rijswijk ook </del>in <del class="diffchange diffchange-inline">de Middelburgsche Courant adverteert. Van Rijswijk blijft eigenaar van hotel de Zeeuw tot 1905</del>. In 1906 vraagt G.J. Koole (de schoonzoon van E.C. de Zeeuw) een vergunning op dit adres: de naam van de zaak verandert dan in [[Koole]].
