Anton en Rietje Sinke terkken in het pand en verbouwen het tot een klein maar exclusief hotel dat de naam Singelzicht blijft dragen. De enige advertentie van een hotel Singelzicht dateert van 24 september 1993 wanneer het hotel medesponsor is van ''Film by the Sea''.
